Throughout history, it has only taken between 1 1/2% to 3% of the people,
acting as leaders, to lead people to freedom and a new way of life. The American
founders that lead us to victory from tyranny over King George III. From the
time of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, with only 56 men
signing, 3% lead the initial effort and over 30% of the populace came on board
soon after. Much like today, there will be those who are willing to accept
tyranny and slavery. All it takes is 3% to lead us to freedom.
This will take minimal sacrifice on the part of the 3%; unlike what our
founders offered..."their lives, their property, and their sacred honor." To
be a part of this select group, all we ask is that you be willing to donate $100
to secure the future of yourself, your family, and your prosperity. Every dime
donated will go towards billboards, advertising, and cover the costs of
speakers, like myself, traveling to speak in front of thousands.

protests, but has clearly said they will continue to bind us to laws that are
unconstitutional and violate our God-given, unalienable rights.
5. We are using the legal method of asking for a vote on Sovereignty and
Independence. We want to follow all those who have achieved their sovereignty
and independence in the last 100 years without conflict!

When a show like, "Our
Constitution: Foundation and
Principles" comes along teaching
the principles our forefathers
sought to embed in the
Constitution to protect future
generations (our generations),
we begin to see just how far
this country (and its people)
have strayed from those
principles.
As previous Central Texas
Director for Grassfire.org's
Resistnet, and on his
educational radio show, Gerry
Donaldson taught these same
principles and members began to
open their eyes and question ALL
politicians and media pundits.
Gerry left Resistnet when those
principles were bent and
violated, but thousands realized
that even the supposedly
"conservative" social networks
and alternative media can begin
to slide right back into the
same "politics as usual" that
got us in the horrific police
state with an "out of control
government" we are in now. That
is what also happened on
Patriot's Heart Network, where
Gerry's show ran for 14 months.
Now Gerry has moved to a network
where ALL these principles are
respected.
The first "core" principles
our founders recognized were
prominently placed at the
beginning of the Declaration of
Independence:
1.
"All men are created equal" -
There is no man or woman,
regardless of the position they
might hold, is above anyone
else.
2. We "are endowed by their
(our) Creator with certain
unalienable Rights, that among
these are Life, Liberty, and the
pursuit of Happiness." These are
the rights that the government
"shall not infringe upon because
they are so fundamental."
3. Governments are
created for one purpose, and one
purpose alone, to protect these
unalienable rights. "to
secure these rights, Governments
are instituted among Men."
4. We each have to give our
consent for government to do
ANYTHING! "deriving their just
powers from the consent of the
governed"
5. "That whenever any Form of
Government becomes destructive
of these ends (violates any of
our rights or does anything
without our consent), it is the
Right of the People to alter
(regain our Sovereignty) or to
abolish it (Secede)."
This is where we are today. Our
founders fought for their
Sovereignty for decades in their
attempts to "alter" the
government England and regain
their sovereignty. Finally,
"after a long train of abuses,"
such as we have experienced,
they were forced to Secede
(abolish) from England in the
form of our Declaration of
Independence.
Just as our founders did not
want violence and sought a
peaceful separation from the
tyranny of England through this
Declaration, no one wants
violent conflict. We just want a
government that is accountable
to the people for protecting
these rights and principles. The
U.S. government has failed
miserably and its party system
is one of the primary reasons
that it is failing. George
Washington warned us that
Political Parties would be the
destruction of America.
Texas is not alone in moving on
the same path our founders, 38
states are moving in the same
direction. However, Texas is
committed to leading the way.

The combination of these
strong names in the Patriot
community spoke as if in one
voice on State sovereignty and
outlined plans for going to the
root of the matter at the city
and county level.

Where Do We Go From Here???
We
had a MASSIVE Tea Parties,
Rallies and Town Hall meeting
protests last year. Estimates of between
30 and 50
Million Americans attended Tea
Parties this year!
Recently, on Fox News, Glenn
Beck confirmed a poll that said
that there were more Tea
Partiers than either Democrats
OR Republicans! What does
that say to the Powers That Be?
Is it time to clean the slate
and start over? Do we clean
house...senate, executive, and
judiciary for that matter?
So where do we go from here?
2010 - THE
YEAR FOR REAL CHANGE!!!
2010 is the year in which ALL Americans should begin to exercise
their
unalienable rights, adhering to the original principles and
boundaries set down by our founders in the Declaration of
Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights and NOT adhering to
the mangled version currently in place.
I’ve been advocating
this on my Internet Radio show, Our Constitution: Foundation and
Principles, every Tuesday night 8 PM to 10 PM Central time on
www.phnmedia.com
What this means is
that we don’t need to “take back” our rights, we just need to start
exercising them.
Many will ask, “What
does this really mean?”
The answer is
simple but not without a certain risk and willingness to act in
Civil Disobedience.
What I suggest is
that we follow the same principles and actions that our founders
took in order to establish our once great nation. The times have
changed along with technology, but the principles remain the same.
If you truly want
to restore the original principles, values, morals, and ethics our
country was founded on, we must act as if we have God-given,
unalienable rights and that WE THE PEOPLE have ALL the Power, ALL
the Authority, and we delegate only limited authority to our public
servants. We are the masters and they are our servants. It is well
past the time that we should remind them of that.
Therefore, on
January 1st, we need truly conservative MASSES to take
these actions IN CONCERT, all together, on the same day.

As no one wants to be left "hanging" by themselves, we must let
everyone we know, on every group, that we will be taking these
actions and then FOLLOW THROUGH!

The following are the core principles
and rights found
in OUR
Declaration of Independence:
1. Governments are instituted
explicitly to protect our
unalienable rights and
for no other purpose.
“That to secure these rights,
Governments are instituted among
Men, deriving their just powers
from the consent of the
governed.”
2. Our right and duty is to
assure that our government
protects our rights and, if it
doesn’t, will not comply, we
MUST either put it back in
conformance OR we must abolish
it and start over in order to
protect the rights of the
citizens.
“That whenever any Form of
Government becomes destructive
of these ends, it is the Right
of the People to alter or to
abolish it, and to institute new
Government”
3. Lastly, we recognize that long-standing
governments should not be
eliminated for trivial or frivolous
reasons.
“Prudence, indeed, will
dictate that
Governments long established
should not be changed for light
and transient causes;
and accordingly all experience
hath shown, that mankind are
more disposed to suffer, while
evils are sufferable, than to
right themselves by abolishing
the forms to which they are
accustomed. But
when a long train of abuses and
usurpations, pursuing invariably
the same Object evinces a design
to reduce them under absolute
Despotism, it is their
right, it is their duty, to
throw off such Government,
and to provide new Guards for
their future security.”
Note that in the above quote,
"it says it is their right, it
is their duty..." This is
the ONLY place in our founding
documents where a right is
attached directly to a duty!!!
Our next step is to continue
educating Americans on their
rights and duties.
We must make EVERY effort to get
the government back in
compliance with its purpose of
protecting our rights. We have
let the government slide for too long and,
finally, the people are standing
up to it. They are standing on
firm, solid ground. Restoring
America cannot be done by
servants bowing to a powerful
master, but must be done in the
form of a master disciplining
his/her servant. It cannot be
done in the form of a request,
but must be done in the form of
a demand.
We need everyone to continue getting others to sign
the petition below and contact us about setting up similar rallies in
YOUR County
throughout the state and through other states desiring their sovereignty
and liberty!
We ask that all conservative groups begin to support these events
with their Time, Effort, and Funds! We want billboards, we need signs, banners, t-shirts,
and LOUD VOICES to tell our government that WE WON'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!
